About Harry’s

Harry’s is a men’s grooming brand that offers high quality shave, body, hair, and skin care products at an exceptional value. Launched in 2013, Harry’s redefined the shaving experience and helped pioneer the earliest era of direct to consumer in the process. Since then, the brand has become the #2 shave brand globally and expanded to offer products for every step in its customer’s routine. Harry’s is also on a mission to ensure guys have access to quality mental health care. To date, the brand has helped connect over 2 million men to quality mental health resources.

Harry’s is part of Mammoth Brands, the modern CPG company behind category-leading brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. Driven by a mission to “Create Things People Like More,”  the company is creating a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives and ultimately change the status quo. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: a company that people like more, that better serves its customers, employees, and community. Mammoth Brands is committed to making a positive impact and donated over $20 million through our network of nonprofit partners to date.

We build brands that move fast and think big — and we hire people who are curious about AI, willing to experiment with it in their day-to-day work, and excited to accelerate what's possible. We prioritize giving our team the tools, training, and space to build real fluency, so you grow alongside the technology and help shape how we use it.

About the Team

The Retail team at Mammoth Brands serves as the connective tissue between our brands — Harry's, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando — and our retailer customers that bring them to life on shelf and digitally. We are a fast-moving, commercially driven team that partners closely with our retail customers to lead with a category first approach and how Mammoth Brands can drive aggressive growth targets in the future.

About the Role

The Grocery Retail Sales Analyst & Enablement Sr. Associate is a high-impact, multi-functional role sitting at the center of our Grocery team's day-to-day success. This individual will serve as a critical resource for our regional customers, co-owning the analytics and insights engine that powers how we sell, plan, and grow across the channel. 90% of this role is dedicated to retailer analytics, line review support, and performance reporting — translating data into clear selling stories and actionable recommendations that drive results at the shelf and on the P&L.

Beyond analytics, this role will manage key administrative and contractual workflows at select retail accounts and lead Grocery-specific data management systems. This is an ideal position for someone who is equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and a sell-in meeting — someone who can own the numbers and bring them to life in a room

What You Will Accomplish

Retailer Analytics & Reporting

  • Own the analytics and performance reporting for the Grocery channel — delivering weekly, monthly, and ad hoc scorecards that support Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando
  • Build and maintain best-in-class selling stories grounded in syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen), retailer POS, and internal reporting — synthesizing the "so what" and "why" behind the headlines to influence merchant conversations and internal planning
  • Serve as the go-to data expert for the Grocery channel, providing ad hoc analysis that supports sell-in preparation, line review submissions, promotional planning, and category reviews
  • Translate complex data sets from multiple sources into clear, compelling narratives that help the sales team walk into every retailer meeting with confidence and conviction
  • Proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities across the Grocery portfolio — identifying the moments that matter and bringing them forward before they become problems
  • Build and refine dashboards, tools, and reporting processes that create efficiencies across the Retail team and can be scaled beyond individual accounts. AI will continue to be at the center of how we operate and drive efficiencies.

Administrative & Contractual Management

  • Manage retailer administrative workflows at select Grocery accounts, including trade funding submissions, promotional setup and validation, item setup and maintenance, and compliance tracking
  • Own contractual obligations at assigned accounts — tracking deal terms, promotional commitments, and retailer-specific requirements to ensure the business operates in good standing
  • Partner with the broader Retail team and internal stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Success) to resolve account-level issues and keep execution on track
  • Lead the Grocery team sample process. Ensuring samples are shipped timely to our retail customers ahead of due dates and that this role works back with our Go-To-Market team on actively communicating.

Grocery Data Management Systems

  • Lead and maintain the Grocery-specific data infrastructure — owning the systems, inputs, and outputs that underpin how the channel team accesses and uses data day-to-day
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Grocery-relevant data platforms (e.g., retailer portals, syndicated data tools, internal BI tools), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for the broader team
  • Partner with the Centralized Insights & Analytics (CIA) team and other data stakeholders to align on methodology, tooling, and best practices specific to the Grocery channel
  • Identify and drive improvements to data systems and workflows that reduce manual effort and increase the speed and quality of insights available to the selling team

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; 1–3 years of experience in CPG sales or retail analytics, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working with syndicated data platforms such as Circana (IRI) or Nielsen — comfortable extracting, analyzing, and storytelling with this data
  • Strong analytical foundation with the ability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights and polished presentations
  • Highly organized with experience managing administrative and contractual workstreams — you don't let details fall through the cracks
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator — you can distill a complex story into a tight slide and present it with confidence to internal stakeholders and external merchant partners
  • Self-starter who takes ownership of their work and operates with urgency and follow-through without needing to be managed step-by-step
  • Insatiably curious — you're always asking "why" and looking for the story beneath the numbers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with retail portal platforms (e.g., Walmart Luminate, Kroger 84.51°) is a plus
  • Experience with BI or data visualization tools (e.g.,Omni, Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus
  • Ability to travel to retailer meetings as needed

Key Partners and Team Structure

  • You will report directly to the Sr. Sales Director, Channel Lead and will be embedded in the Retail team with strong connectivity to the Category Insights and Analytics team.
  • You will partner closely with the Sales team covering regional Grocery accounts, supporting their analytics, administrative, and execution needs
  • You will collaborate with the Centralized Insights & Analytics (CIA) team, Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand teams to deliver integrated, cross-functional work
  • You will engage with external retailer merchant teams as a data-informed partner and analytical resource
  • You will engage with 3rd party data management teams to ensure Grocery is consistent with standard CPG guidelines

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401k match
  • Equity in Mammoth Brands
  • Flexible time off and working hours
  • L&D stipend
  • 4 weeks sabbatical after 5 years, 6 weeks after 10 years, and 8 weeks after 15 years
