As a Senior Associate - HR Implementation, you will play a pivotal role in delivering HR transformation and technology implementation projects for clients, focusing on HRIS implementations, process design, and configuration support. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, develop workforce strategies, and enhance organizational effectiveness. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client relationships, anticipate needs, and navigate complex situations to deliver quality solutions. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering personal growth and technical skills.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support HR implementation phases, including requirements gathering, process documentation, and testing. You will collaborate with client HR teams, technology teams, and third-party vendors to facilitate client sessions, document HR processes, and support system design alignment. Your ability to manage workstream activities, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively will be crucial in driving project success. Responsibilities
- Supporting HR transformation and technology implementation projects, including HRIS implementations, process design, and configuration support
- Leading assigned HR implementation workstreams, collaborating with Managers to meet project expectations
- Facilitating client sessions to gather HR requirements and align system design with client needs
- Documenting HR processes, workflows, and operational requirements to support project deliverables
- Translating HR process requirements into configuration inputs and testing scenarios
- Assisting with HRIS implementation activities across employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding and job changes
- Supporting HR data migration activities, including data mapping and validation
- Assisting with system testing activities, including test script preparation and defect tracking
- Coordinating integration efforts between HRIS and other connected platforms
- Preparing client-facing documentation, including status updates and process documentation
- Collaborating with client HR teams, technology teams, and third-party vendors to support project delivery
- Tracking project status, risks, and issues, escalating concerns as needed
- Supporting HR service delivery design activities, including shared services processes and case management workflows
- Assisting with change readiness activities, including training documentation and stakeholder communications
- Supporting HR reporting and analytics requirements by documenting report needs and validating workforce data
- Identifying HR process gaps and opportunities for system-enabled process improvement
- Maintaining project documentation in line with governance and compliance standards
- Coaching junior team members on HR processes and client engagement expectations
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Possessing hands-on HR implementation experience with enterprise HRIS platforms
- Demonstrating end-to-end HR implementation exposure, including discovery and go-live
- Facilitating client-facing meetings and managing follow-ups with limited supervision
- Familiarity with workflow design, approval routing, and HR data governance
- Utilizing strong analytical skills to investigate HR process issues and data discrepancies
- Interpreting HR policies and operational data accurately
- Collaborating effectively across HR, payroll, benefits, and client teams
