As a Senior Associate in Deals – Data Science at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage with clients to deliver data-driven insights and solutions within our Deals practice. You will leverage your analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and provide strategic recommendations that drive value creation. This role offers the chance to work closely with clients, helping them navigate the intricacies of data analysis and technology diligence.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining professional standards. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and deliver quality solutions.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team within our Deals practice, contributing to AI and technology diligence efforts. Your work will be pivotal in driving value creation and supporting clients in achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive data analysis to support client engagements in the Deals sector
- Applying machine learning techniques to extract insights and drive value creation
- Utilizing Python for programming and statistical analysis to enhance data-driven decision-making
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI and technology diligence solutions
- Developing and implementing business data analytics strategies to meet client needs
- Leveraging analytical thinking to solve complex problems and optimize data utilization
- Building and maintaining client relationships to understand and anticipate their data requirements
- Guiding junior team members in data analysis methodologies and best practices

What You Must Have

- At least a BYTech degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
- At least one of the following: A Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
- Demonstrating proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex data challenges
- Applying business data analytics to drive strategic insights
- Leveraging statistical analysis to inform decision-making processes
- Engaging in AI and technology diligence for value creation in deals
