Role Summary and Impact
Skills and Experience
- Independently manage campaign setup, trafficking, and daily optimization in DSPs and external platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, proactively executing optimizations to meet pacing and KPI goals.
- Perform regular reviews of campaign status and handle cancellations and budget reallocations in a timely manner.
- Develop audience-targeted plans and tactical programmatic recommendations in accordance with branding and performance campaign objectives.
- Act as a first-level problem solver for technical issues, escalating complex tracking and ad-serving problems when necessary.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic buying or trafficking, including DSPs and ad servers.
- Familiarity with analytics, brand-safety tools, tracking, attribution, and web debugging tools.
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong team player, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously on standard workflows.
- Proficient use of technology, including AI, to enhance client outcomes.
