Responsible for overseeing and supporting the processing of investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches. The role ensures that dealing activities are completed accurately, timely and in accordance with regulatory requirements, client expectations and internal procedures. The position also focuses on operational controls, risk management, incident oversight, reporting, process improvements and stakeholder communication to ensure a high-quality and controlled service delivery.


Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and validate investor dealing activities and associated controls.
  • Monitor operational risks, incidents, exceptions and remediation actions.
  • Support governance, reporting and service quality reviews.
  • Liaise with clients, internal teams and external stakeholders on dealing-related matters.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and strengthen operational controls.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, client agreements and internal policies

About Our Luxembourg Office
