Requirements:

Job Title: Senior Analyst-RMG

Location: Bangalore/Pune

Experience: 4-6 years

Job Responsibilities

  • Bench management: Deploying resources within and outside of cluster at organization level with minimum turnaround time
  • Assist resource & bench management practices to optimize resource planning and utilization reducing project risks and billing loss.
  • Will be required to do Demand forecast & Resource Fulfilment, Bench Management and Resource connect, Talent Planning and Buffer Management, tracking billing, deployment, and attrition trends creating meaningful reports and insight for the management teams.
  • Will also be responsible for maintaining employee skill database, timesheet compliance, and Bench/New joiners’ induction, understand current gaps to arrive at organizations re-skilling and up-skilling requirements.
  • Creating and logging the requirement status request in RMG tool for tracking and sourcing profiles internally and coordinating with recruitment team for sourcing profiles externally.
  • Holding weekly calls with the Portfolio Leads on demand fulfillment
  • Providing the sourcing strategy within defined SLAs along with validating the demands and Updating the criticality of demands

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS tools especially MS excel (advanced level of expertise is a must) to generate meaningful and timely reports.
  • Able to understand and analyze data to arrive at insights.
