Job Description:

Position Summary


The Digital & Data Analytics (D&DA) team within Global Supply Chain Services is transforming how the organisation leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI), data, and analytics to improve productivity, drive Continuous Process Improvements (CPIs), and enable faster, more informed business decisions. The team is focused on delivering scalable, cost-effective digital solutions with an emphasis on speed, simplicity, and measurable business value.

 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital & Data Analytics, this role is responsible for leading a diverse portfolio of AI-driven digital initiatives. The successful candidate will independently manage complex, cross-functional projects across the full lifecycle — from ideation and intake through implementation, adoption, and value realisation — ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need advanced expertise across the following areas:

  • Advanced AI & Emerging Technologies — Leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-assisted tools to build intelligent, efficient solutions.
  • Data Engineering & Discovery — Designing data architectures, building ETL pipelines, and extracting actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • User-Centric Solutioning — Developing solutions that prioritise usability, adoption, and tangible business outcomes.
  • Smart Communication — Translating technical complexity into clear, concise narratives for diverse stakeholders.

 

You will be managing multiple projects in parallel, making strong time management, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement skills essential to delivering consistent results.

 

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate agent creation, data discovery, data transformation, metadata analysis, code development, documentation.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure and reusable data pipelines, and integration solutions using Azure, Dataverse, Genie, Databricks, SQL Server, Alteryx, Power Automate and Python.

10%

Stay current with emerging AI technologies and tools. Proactively recommend improvements to the organization’s data strategy, architecture, and technology stack.

Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science Engineering or a Masters in Mathematics with experience in key digital software.                                          

Other: Hands-on experience with building advanced AI agents.

 

Required Years of Related Experience: 4+ years

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • AI & Emerging Technologies: Proficient in using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Copilot technologies, and other AI-assisted development tools. Demonstrated ability to design efficient frameworks (e.g., smart harnesses) that optimise token consumption for AI agents.
  • Data & Development Platforms: Hands-on experience with Databricks, Dataverse, Azure Data Services, SQL Server, Python, Alteryx, and Power Automate. Familiarity with integrating these tools into end-to-end solutions is essential.
  • Data Architecture & Engineering: Solid experience in designing data architectures and data models, building ETL pipelines, developing APIs, and implementing data engineering solutions on cloud-based platforms.
  • Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Proven ability to quickly learn and adopt new AI, digital, and automation tools, and effectively deploy them in live project environments.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders, and converting business requirements into well-defined technical specifications.
  • Project & Time Management: Demonstrated success in executing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Responsible AI & Ethics: Sound understanding of ethical AI practices, data privacy considerations, and compliance with industry standards and organisational policies.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and investigative mindset with a natural ability to navigate ambiguity, troubleshoot independently, and simplify complex problems into workable solutions.

 


 

Preferred Qualifications


Preferred Minimum Education: Bachelor of Engineering     

Preferred Area of Study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics

Preferred Related Industry Experience (if applicable): Healthcare, Pharma, MedTech

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • End-to-end supply chain, enterprise contract management, global trade controls or global transportation and trade operations experience in a global or multi-divisional environment.
