The Senior AI Analyst provides advanced analytical support for enterprise AI governance, reporting, portfolio analysis, adoption tracking, and operational coordination. The role performs complex analysis, develops executive reporting, improves governance processes, and provides insights that enable leaders to monitor AI usage, business value, risks, compliance, and delivery performance across the enterprise.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Collect, validate, analyze, and maintain AI portfolio, governance, adoption, usage, delivery, and operational data.
  • Develop and enhance dashboards, scorecards, executive reports, and presentations supporting AI governance, portfolio management, and leadership decision-making.
  • Support AI inventory management, use case intake coordination, governance tracking, risk assessment activities, and action follow-up across AI initiatives.
  • Analyze trends, risks, dependencies, delivery performance, adoption patterns, and governance metrics; provide recommendations to improve AI program effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain governance documentation, reporting standards, templates, and structured repositories supporting audit readiness and operational excellence.
  • Partner with business, technology, governance, platform, cybersecurity, privacy, legal, and data teams to improve reporting quality, governance maturity, and operational consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve data quality, and enhance governance processes using enterprise reporting and collaboration tools.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to AI Analysts on reporting practices, governance processes, and analytical techniques, as appropriate.

Qualifications:

Education: University or College education in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Business/Technology, Risk/Governance, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Experience and skills:

  • 6-8 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, reporting, portfolio coordination, technology operations, governance support, or related roles.
  • Strong Excel and Power BI skills; experience with SharePoint, Teams, Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similar tools is an asset.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous information, identify data quality issues, and prepare clear executive-level summaries.
  • Understanding of AI, technology delivery, governance, risk, or compliance environments is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and follow-through.
