As an Administrative Assistant, you will report to and support the Senior Marketing Director and other Senior Directors, playing a critical role in the success of the AGS Marketing organization. You will be a trusted partner to senior leaders, delivering seamless operational support, strengthening organizational effectiveness, fostering team engagement, and helping build a high-performing team culture.



WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role directly supports multiple Senior Directors across the AGS organization and partners closely with leaders and teams across Marketing and the wider business. The Administrative Assistant is also an active member of the EMEA General Management Administrative Community, collaborating with peers across the region to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.



WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Executive Support & Calendar Management

  • Proactively manage complex, dynamic calendars for multiple Senior Directors.
  • Prioritize competing business needs and optimize schedules to help leaders focus on what matters most.
  • Coordinate meetings across multiple functions, geographies, and time zones.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and identify practical solutions before issues arise.
  • Prepare leaders for meetings with clear agendas, briefing materials, and coordinated logistics.

Travel & Expense Management

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Manage itineraries, transportation, accommodations, and end-to-end travel logistics.
  • Support timely and accurate expense reporting in line with NIKE policies.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for travel planning, troubleshooting, and process guidance.

Event & Meeting Excellence

  • Support the planning and delivery of leadership meetings, workshops, offsites, and team events.
  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including venues, communications, catering, materials, and attendee management.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create a high-quality experience for employees and guests.
  • Deliver consistent execution and timely post-event follow-up.

Team Engagement & Culture

  • Help build a connected, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
  • Support team engagement initiatives, celebrations, onboarding experiences, and recognition moments.
  • Partner with leaders to create meaningful employee experiences that strengthen engagement and belonging.
  • Bring creativity, positive energy, and operational excellence to key team moments.

EMEA Administrative Community

  • Actively contribute to the EMEA General Management Administrative Team.
  • Share best practices and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve ways of working.
  • Participate in regional initiatives and projects that strengthen administrative excellence across EMEA.
  • Build trusted, collaborative relationships across the administrative community.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in a dynamic corporate environment.
  • Experience managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and processing expenses.
  • Experience planning meetings, events, and team engagement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced organization is an advantage.
