The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of 3-4 account managers and driving annual revenue growth, market share expansion, competitive intelligence, and product promotion for assigned key accounts. This role aligns BU strategies with sales execution and provides commercial leadership across High Purity Chemicals and Specialty Chemicals opportunities in Taiwan.

In this role you will: 

• Translate BU and field operations objectives into actionable account strategies that deliver revenue growth, share expansion, and customer alignment.

• Partner with global and regional technical, product line, logistics, quality, and finance teams to deliver seamless commercial support for assigned key accounts.

• Create, qualify, and manage customer opportunities in CRM, ensuring timely task assignments, data accuracy, and pipeline updates.

• Develop deep understanding of customer business priorities, technology roadmaps, and buying behaviors, and translate market insights into internal actions that strengthen competitive positioning.

• Lead pricing strategy, contract discussions, and commercial negotiations for assigned key accounts in alignment with business objectives.

• Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships, map key stakeholders, and position Entegris as a strategic partner supporting customers’ long-term business objectives.

• Leverage technical and field application resources to advance customer engagements, resolve commercial barriers, and accelerate opportunity conversion.

• Collaborate with Entegris’ worldwide service organization to deliver integrated solutions beyond components and strengthen Entegris’ preferred partner position with customers.

• Sales experience in high purity chemicals, specialty chemicals, or semiconductor materials is preferred.

• Knowledge of chemicals used in wet etch and clean, CMP, and photolithography processes.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, applications, and customer opportunities across assigned territories.

• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and solve problems with urgency, ownership, and sound judgment.

• Ability to provide constructive feedback and communicate with openness, clarity, and professionalism.

• Ability to build trusted relationships with end users, procurement stakeholders, technical teams, and management-level contacts at assigned key customers.
