About the Role

We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive enterprise sales across strategic industrial markets. You'll own the full sales cycle, build executive relationships, and help some of the world's largest organizations adopt autonomous robotics solutions.

What You'll Do

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close.

• Develop strategic relationships with executive and operational leaders.

• Identify customer challenges and position Field AI's autonomous robotics solutions.

• Lead customer presentations, pilots, and commercial negotiations.

• Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Deployment teams to ensure customer success.

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.

• Represent FieldAI at customer meetings and industry events.

• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll collaborate with world-class engineers, product leaders, and industry experts to shape solutions around customer needs and accelerate the adoption of autonomous systems at scale. Your work will have a direct impact on business growth, customer success, and the evolution of our technology and go-to-market strategy.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex deals.

• Experience selling into one or more of the following industries:

  • Manufacturing

  • Energy and utilities

  • Oil and gas

  • Mining and metals

  • Chemicals

  • Transportation and logistics

  • Industrial equipment

  • Food & Agriculture

  • Aerospace & Defense

• Strong experience selling to VP and C-level executives.

• Experience with robotics, AI, industrial automation, autonomous systems, industrial software, or related technologies preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to travel up to 25%.
