JOB OVERVIEW
Connect Nike, consumers, and Multi-Brand partners across Tennis, Football, and other performance sports. Use product, consumer, channel, and competitive insights to lead sell-in, assortment, forecasting, inventory, and sell-through, while partnering across functions to deliver launches, elevate the in-store experience, and drive growth.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
01 — PLANNING & SELL-IN
Build annual and seasonal account plans based on consumer demand and marketplace opportunity, defining sales targets, OTB, and assortment. Lead sell-in and product proposals, balancing consumer choice, revenue, margin, and inventory health.
02 — IN-SEASON PERFORMANCE
Track demand, sales, inventory, and sell-through to identify risks and opportunities. Optimize replenishment and promotions to improve availability, inventory turns, and consumer satisfaction.
03 — CONSUMER EXPERIENCE & EXECUTION
Partner with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain to deliver launches and brand moments. Execute in-store visual merchandising and hero products to create a consistent, inspiring consumer experience.
04 — SPORT & MARKETPLACE INSIGHTS
Build deep knowledge of products, consumers, channels, and competition across Tennis, Football, and other performance sports. Turn insights into merchandising and marketplace actions, supported by sales analysis and demand forecasting.
