Job Summary:
Leads a specific Self-Perform Work (SPW) scope across a business unit by providing operational leadership, performance oversight, and strategic alignment across projects. Partners with business unit leadership, Project Executive teams, and regional SPW leaders to integrate SPW strategy with get work, preconstruction, and field operations. Oversees safety, quality, productivity, and financial outcomes for the SPW scope within the business unit. Strengthens SPW capability, talent development, and standardized practices to support consistent execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Leads SPW scope execution across the business unit, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives.
Partners with preconstruction, get work, and project leadership to support pursuit strategy, pre-selling of SPW scope work, and interview preparation.
Oversees SPW staffing strategies, workload planning, and resource allocation to support pursuits and active projects across the business unit.
Reviews and guides SPW estimating approaches, labor strategies, and risk considerations to support informed decision-making.
Oversees SPW project performance, including production trends, forecasting, change management, and financial outcomes, and implements corrective actions as needed.
Ensures SPW field leadership engagement in project planning, scheduling, constructability reviews, and execution planning.
Manages and develops SPW project managers, superintendents, and other SPW leaders, supporting performance management, career development, and retention.

Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
10 years of experience in construction operations, project management, or field supervision required.
5 years of experience leading Self-Perform Work (SPW) scopes, trade operations, or multi-project teams required.

Certifications and Licenses:
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification within 6 months of hire required.
