What you’ll do

• Explore scalable, sustainable growth models for new business, including new segment, new coverage approaches and go-to-market motions.
• Grow and develop channel to support new business, build long-term partnerships and uncovering new opportunities within key accounts.
• Own annual growth and profitability targets through effective project management.
• Partner with customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely, successful delivery of solutions aligned to new business needs.
• Deliver product, application, and commercial training to enable territory sales team and channels.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of sales experience in PPE (or closely related industrial safety categories); 2–3 years in channel management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (Material Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field preferred).
• Strong capability in end-user engagement; data-driven project management and analysis skills are a plus.
• Proven ability to influence across functions/business units and mobilize resources to win.
• Fluent communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English.
• Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
