Key Responsibilities:

Presales & Go-to-Market 

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor for Microsoft Security opportunities in Thailand, working closely with local business development, account teams and Microsoft stakeholders to create customer demand and accelerate opportunity conversion.

• Shape and execute compelling go-to-market plays across Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Agent 365 and AI Security, positioning Logicalis as a leading Microsoft Security partner in Thailand.

• Engage customers and prospects to understand business drivers, security challenges and compliance requirements, and translate them into practical, value-led solutions. 

• Deliver persuasive presentations, technical workshops, demonstrations and executive briefings that clearly articulate business value to technical teams, CISOs and senior decision-makers.

Solution Design & Proof of Concept 

• Architect outcome-driven managed security and security operations solutions spanning AI SOC, SIEM, SOAR, XDR, threat intelligence and Microsoft cloud security capabilities.

• Plan, scope and run POCs and pilots to demonstrate solution value, including Microsoft Sentinel deployments, Defender XDR integration and use-case / detection engineering. 

• Produce high-quality solution proposals, RFP and tender responses, architecture designs, bills of materials and compliance mappings tailored to Thai customer priorities, industry regulations and executive outcomes.

Delivery Enablement & Technical Leadership 

• Enable delivery and security operations teams during deployment, onboarding, detection tuning and knowledge transfer, ensuring proposed solutions are practical, scalable and operationally sustainable.

• Serve as the technical escalation point during implementation, ensuring successful adoption and operationalisation of managed security services. 

• Stay current with the Microsoft security and Azure roadmap, and contribute to refreshing and launching new service offerings. 

Required Technical Experience 

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft security ecosystem, with depth across the core Microsoft Security portfolio: 

• Microsoft Defender XDR – extended detection and response across endpoint, identity, email, cloud apps and infrastructure. 

• Microsoft Sentinel – cloud-native SIEM/SOAR: design, deployment, migration, detection and use-case engineering. 

• Microsoft Purview – data security, data loss prevention (DLP), compliance and information protection. 

• Data Loss Prevention (DLP) – hands-on experience designing and implementing DLP policies to protect sensitive data across endpoints, email, cloud apps and services. 

• Microsoft Agent 365 – securing, governing and managing AI agents across the enterprise. 

• AI Security – securing AI workloads and using AI-driven security operations (e.g. Security Copilot, AI-powered SOC). 

• Strong background in Managed Security Services (MSS) and Security Operations Centre (SOC) operations. 

• Practical expertise across the core SOC technology stack — SIEM, SOAR, XDR/EDR and AI SOC — including automation, playbooks and orchestration. 

• Experience with red teaming, threat hunting, detection engineering and incident response is highly desirable. 

Language Requirements 

• Native or fluent Thai language proficiency, both spoken and written, is essential for engaging local customers, Microsoft Thailand and business stakeholders with confidence and credibility.

• Fluent English (spoken and written) — essential for regional collaboration and documentation. 

Certifications 

Preferred / Required certifications: 

• At least one relevant Microsoft certification is preferred, such as SC-200 Security Operations Analyst, SC-100 Cybersecurity Architect Expert, AZ-500 Azure Security Engineer, AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administrator or AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

• GIAC (e.g. GCIH, GCIA, GCFA or similar). -— added advantage. 
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional). - — added advantage. 
• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager). - — added advantage. 
• Red teaming / offensive security experience or certification (e.g. OSCP) — added advantage. 

Qualifications & Attributes 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. 

• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in managed security services, SOC technologies, Microsoft Security, Microsoft Azure or related cybersecurity solution architecture roles.

• Demonstrated experience in presales, solution architecture and customer-facing technical leadership. 

• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. 

• Self-driven, customer-focused and able to work across cross-functional and cross-border teams.
