Accenture Cyber Fusion Center in Prague is a unique multidisciplined team of over 240 people passionate about Cyber Security.  As part of Accenture Security, we support clients globally to prepare for and defend against the rapidly changing capabilities of cyber attackers. Role Summary

As our next Security Specialist for Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), you will drive operational performance improvements and advise clients on topics such as Vulnerability Management, Attack Surface Reduction, External Attack Surface Management, Remediation Planning. You will function as an SME on some of the more advanced and complex issues or situations related to scanning, reporting and remediation. You will work on tasks including designing and configuring CTEM solutions, automating data processing and reporting. In addition to that you may perform technical threat/risk assessments, create customized vulnerability notifications, and be a driving force in implementing solutions to increase the overall state of security through CTEM practices.

We expect of you to have a genuine interest in securing our clients’ systems and networks from unauthorized attacks. More specifically, we expect:

• Extensive documented practical experience with Threat Exposure Management (incl. Vulnerability Management), CTEM design/improvements and scanner configurations.
• Working knowledge of implementing cyber security principles, techniques, and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with at least one unified vulnerability management platform such as Armis Centrix, Wiz UVM, Qualys ETM
• Good understanding of network protocols, design and security operations
• Ability to take ownership of own tasks and be the driving force of implementing improvements.
• Ability to design and document operational procedures.
• Good communication skills, both spoken and written English, and ability to create and deliver reports in written and verbal forms (presentations).
• Willingness to learn and improve.
• Experience with using and orchestrating AI agents

Nice to have skills

The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate skills in the following areas:

• Linux usage and administration, Windows OS administration.
• Some programming/scripting skills (Python, VBA, PowerShell or similar).
• Knowledge of security hardening techniques and hardening standards/best practices.
• Ability to design and document operational procedures.

• At least one of the advanced IT security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM etc.).
• Knowledge of security standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 27001, SOX, PCI, NIST etc.).
• German language is an advantage.
