Secured Loans Liaison Officer

Position Summary

The Secured Loans Liaison Officer manages secured lending referrals from qualification through settlement. The role acts as the central contact for sales teams, clients and lending partners, handling assessment, due diligence, indicative offers and application coordination.

Key Responsibilities

·        Referral Qualification and Pipeline Management

·        Initial Due Diligence for Company ABN Holders

·        Indicative Offers and Client Communication

·        Lender Relationship Management

·        Loan Coordination

·        Internal Collaboration

·        Reporting and Administration

Skills and Experience

·        Experience in secured lending, mortgage processing, loan coordination or financial services

·        Knowledge of ABNs, ACNs, property security, equity and LVR concepts

·        Ability to review financial records and prepare assessment summaries

·        Strong numerical, communication and stakeholder management skills

·        Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

·        Strong attention to detail and confidentiality management

Key Performance Indicators

·        Timeliness of referral qualification and lender endorsement

·        Accuracy of due diligence, indicative offers and submissions

·        Timely follow-up and communication

·        Pipeline progression, approvals and settlements

·        Accuracy of CRM records and reporting

·        Compliance with approved processes and confidentiality requirements

Progress suitable secured lending opportunities efficiently from referral to settlement through qualification, due diligence, indicative offers and accurate coordination with lending partners.
