About this Seasonal Sales Associate - Bond Street, New York role at Gymshark

Peak season is coming.
From Black Friday through the New Year rush, our stores come alive with incredible energy, passionate customers, and one team working together to create unforgettable experiences.
We're looking for Seasonal Team Members to join our Bond Street, New York store from October 2026 through January 2027.
This isn't your typical retail hiring process. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to attend our Gymshark Seasonal Hiring Event held in our New York City offices, where you'll meet the team, experience our culture first hand, and show us what makes you a great fit for Team Gymshark.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Creating an energetic and welcoming environment for every customer.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations.
- Supporting customers with sizing, fit guidance, and styling recommendations.
- Maintaining high standards throughout the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
- Keeping best-selling products stocked and readily available.
- Supporting inventory deliveries, stock organization, and operational tasks.
- Working collaboratively with the team during peak business periods.
- Bringing Gymshark's values to life every shift.
- Supporting store goals through outstanding customer service and strong product knowledge.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Experience in a fast-paced Retail Store environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working as part of a team.
- Ability to remain positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused during busy periods.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to attend our New York Hiring Event on either October 17th or October 18th, 2026.
- Available to begin employment from October, 2026.
SALARY RANGE
This role has a salary range between $18.50-$20.00. The base pay offered is based on market, experience, and skills.
