The holiday season is one of our busiest — and most fun — times of the year! We’re looking for an energetic, experienced Seasonal Store Manager to lead our team through the holiday rush and create an exceptional experience for every fan who walks through our doors.

The ideal candidate is a confident, hands-on retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. They’re organized, adaptable, customer-focused, and ready to jump in wherever needed to keep the store and team running smoothly during our busiest season.

What Does a Seasonal Squishable Store Manager Do? 

The Seasonal Store Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of the store throughout the holiday season and is accountable for its team, sales performance, customer experience, and store standards. Responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating, and supporting the store team throughout the busy holiday season
• Hiring, onboarding, and quickly preparing seasonal team members to deliver a great Squishable experience
• Driving sales and executing holiday promotions and priorities in partnership with the Regional Manager
• Managing daily store operations, including opening and closing, cash handling, and POS transactions
• Maintaining accurate inventory, timely replenishment, and strong merchandise presentation during high-volume periods
• Creating a fun, welcoming, and efficient experience for customers, even during the busiest shopping days
• Maintaining company policies, operational standards, and a safe and organized store environment
• Jumping in wherever needed to support the team and keep the store running smoothly

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to quickly engage, motivate, and organize a seasonal team
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and comfortable balancing multiple priorities during busy periods
• Hands-on team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed
• Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable with POS systems and basic retail technology
• Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation

Salary range for this position is $70,500-$73,000, plus bonus potential

Seasonal Duration: November 2026 through early January 2027

Availability Requirements: Seasonal team members must have flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as these are some of our busiest times of the year.
