Based in Alexandra, this full-time Sealing Crew Operative role is a hands-on position where you’ll support chip sealing operations through specialist machine operation and general labouring. You’ll be part of a crew that backs each other, works safely, and takes pride in delivering Good Work every day.

Ngā tino kawenga mahi | Key role responsibilities

• Operate specialist plant and equipment to support chip sealing activities
• Carry out general labouring and day-to-day crew tasks on site
• Work safely and follow all health, safety, and quality requirements
• Support the crew to deliver high-quality work on time
• Look after plant, equipment, and the worksite presentation

Kei te kimi mātou i tētahi e whai ana i ēnei pūkenga | We’re looking for someone with

• A minimum Class 1 licence
• Machine operating experience, with WTR endorsements preferred but not essential
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
• Good communication skills and a positive, reliable attitude
• The ability to carry out the inherent requirements of the role, including hands-on outdoor work
