About the Role

As an SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Lead, you will drive the successful delivery of end-to-end implementation programs across enterprise clients. You will lead project teams in designing, configuring, and deploying scalable talent acquisition and onboarding solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and hypercare
• Manage project delivery, including timelines, scope, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement
• Partner with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
• Oversee configuration, testing, integration, and data migration activities for Recruiting and Onboarding modules
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices
• Lead and mentor functional consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and team development
• Drive workshops, design sessions, and user training to support solution adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR, IT, and integration workstreams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with proven delivery experience in Recruiting and Onboarding modules
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end implementation projects in a client-facing role
• Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly talent acquisition and onboarding lifecycle
• Experience managing project stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and deployment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Recruiting Management and/or Onboarding
• Experience with integrations (e.g., SAP CPI, APIs) and data migration strategies
• Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules or broader HCM solutions
• Experience delivering within Agile or hybrid project methodologies
• Exposure to regional or multi-country HR transformation programs
