As a SAP - SD - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional client support within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills to help clients navigate complex business challenges, from strategy to execution, while contributing to the development of your team's technical acumen. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client relationships, guide and mentor junior team members, and use your problem-solving skills to analyze complex concepts and deliver impactful solutions. You will be responsible for anticipating client needs and responding effectively to diverse perspectives, using a broad range of methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will proactively assist in managing multiple client engagements, establish effective working relationships directly with clients, and be actively involved in business development activities. You will continue to develop your internal relationships and personal brand, while keeping up to date with local and national business and economic issues. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow your skills and deepen your understanding of the business context, all while contributing to the success of our SAP Technology team.

Responsibilities

- Assisting in managing multiple client engagements and reporting to senior management
- Leading and mentoring junior staff to enhance team performance and technical skills
- Establishing and nurturing effective working relationships with clients to understand their needs
- Contributing to the development of technical acumen within the team and self
- Staying informed about local and national business and economic trends
- Engaging in business development activities to identify and research new client opportunities
- Developing internal relationships and enhancing your personal brand within the organization
- Utilizing SAP technologies such as SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Analytics Cloud to drive business transformation
- Implementing process improvement and optimization strategies to enhance client operations
- Applying analytical thinking and strategic technology planning to solve complex business issues

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for SAP solutions
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori
- Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization
- Developing business transformation strategies for finance technology
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating client needs
- Navigating complexity with analytical thinking and embracing change
