About the role
Business transformation is evolving faster than ever. AI, automation and intelligent technologies are reshaping how organisations operate, and clients are looking for trusted advisors who can combine deep SAP expertise with consulting, business change and innovation to deliver lasting outcomes.
At PwC, we're growing one of the leading SAP consulting practices in our global network. Our multidisciplinary teams bring together deep SAP expertise across Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital and Business Change, complemented by Data, AI and Cloud capabilities, working alongside specialists from across PwC to help clients deliver complex business transformation programmes.
Our team partners with some of the world's leading organisations to deliver complex, multinational SAP transformation programmes spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital and business adoption. We work across the full transformation lifecycle, from strategy and business case through solution design, implementation and business adoption, helping clients realise long-term value from their SAP investments.
As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for people who want more than simply delivering projects. We're proud of the collaborative culture we're building - one where people are encouraged to share ideas, challenge thinking, develop others and succeed together. We're looking for leaders who enjoy solving clients' most complex business challenges, building trusted client relationships, developing high-performing teams and shaping the future of our practice.
Our people have the opportunity to lead major transformation programmes, influence the future of our practice and develop long-term relationships with some of the world's leading organisations. We're looking for people who want to help build one of the market's leading SAP consulting practices…not simply join one.
Whether you're leading a global transformation programme, developing the next generation of consultants, shaping a major client pursuit or bringing innovative SAP and AI-enabled solutions to clients, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact from day one.
If you're looking for a career where you can combine deep SAP expertise with leadership, innovation and business transformation, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise architecture across complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, working with C-suite executives from the very start of a business transformation, to define transformation strategies, target and interim architectures and enterprise architecture roadmaps.
- Shape integrated business and technology solutions that span across all business processes, Data, AI and Technology, ensuring programmes deliver measurable business outcomes whilst remaining aligned to clean-core principles.
- Provide architectural leadership across multidisciplinary programme teams, guiding Solution Architects and Functional Leads to deliver integrated, scalable and future-ready SAP solutions.
- Lead client architecture governance, executive design authorities and strategic decision-making, providing trusted advice throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Work closely with Capability Leads, Engagement Partners and Client Teams to shape strategic pursuits, define differentiated propositions and support executive client engagements.
- Drive the adoption of SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and emerging technologies, helping clients unlock new sources of business value whilst transforming how SAP programmes are delivered.
- Collaborate with our Delivery Centres and PwC's global network to bring proven enterprise architecture approaches, accelerators and delivery assets into UK engagements, enabling consistent, high-quality delivery at scale.
- Coach Solution Architects and senior consultants whilst helping shape the future architecture capability of the PwC UK SAP practice.
The skills and experience we’re looking for:
- You have extensive experience leading enterprise architecture across large-scale SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- You combine deep SAP knowledge with broad enterprise architecture experience across business processes, applications, integration, data, cloud and AI.
- You have experience engaging CIOs, CTOs, Chief Architects and C-suite business leaders, helping shape enterprise transformation strategies and investment decisions.
- You understand SAP's latest innovations, including SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), clean-core architecture and SAP's evolving Business Suite strategy.
- You have a strong track record of leading multidisciplinary architecture teams across global delivery environments and establishing architecture governance across complex programmes.
- You enjoy developing propositions, shaping strategic pursuits and representing PwC with clients, alliance partners and the wider SAP ecosystem.
- You're passionate about helping organisations transform their businesses through integrated enterprise architecture whilst developing the next generation of SAP architecture leaders.
What you’ll receive from us:
