As a SAP - CS - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will help clients optimize their customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and deliver quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. Your role will involve interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize customer relationship management processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop actionable insights
- Engaging in business process consulting to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation
- Managing deployment and design implementation of CRM solutions to meet client objectives
- Facilitating customer needs analysis to tailor CRM solutions effectively
- Building and maintaining meaningful client connections to foster long-term relationships
- Leveraging business technology skills to support CRM software deployment and integration
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for client engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
