As a SAP BRIM Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering exceptional client support within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of implementing SAP Finance solutions, driving innovation and efficiency for our clients. As a Manager, you will guide and develop teams, manage client service accounts, and lead client engagement workstreams. You will leverage your strategic planning skills and mentor junior staff to deliver quality outcomes. Your role will involve analyzing complex problems, developing high-quality deliverables, and fostering meaningful client relationships.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will be responsible for upholding PwC’s quality standards and contributing to the firm's broader business strategies. Responsibilities

- Leading SAP BRIM implementation projects and managing client expectations effectively
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of SAP Finance solutions
- Utilizing technical proficiency in SAP FI and SAP FICO to enhance financial reporting and analytics
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address financial transformation needs
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of scalable SAP Central Finance solutions
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across SAP finance teams
- Validating data integrity, security, and compliance within financial systems
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing financial processes and improving business performance
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff to develop their skills in SAP financial management
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and SAP Central Finance
- Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting to drive strategic decisions
- Excelling in financial statement analysis and regulatory compliance
- Managing financial transformation projects with a focus on business process improvement
- Embracing change and innovation in technology consulting environments
