As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team within our Advisory Service Delivery Centre, contributing to PwC's global delivery capabilities. You will assist clients in navigating complex business challenges, from strategy to execution, leveraging your consulting and industry experience. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing your technical skills within our Digital Core Modernisation network. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and learning.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will proactively manage client engagements, reporting to Managers and above, while establishing effective working relationships directly with clients. You will be involved in business development activities, identifying opportunities with new and existing clients. Within our SAP practice, you will continue to develop your internal relationships and personal brand, keeping abreast of local and national business and economic issues. This position offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of business contexts and enhance your problem-solving skills, all while contributing to the delivery of quality client solutions.

Responsibilities

- Assisting in managing multiple client engagements and reporting to senior management
- Leading and training junior staff to enhance team capabilities
- Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships to support business objectives
- Contributing to the development of technical skills within the team
- Staying informed on local and national business and economic trends
- Engaging in business development activities to identify and research new client opportunities
- Developing internal relationships and enhancing personal brand within the firm
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process improvement and optimization
- Implementing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to drive business transformation
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex business issues and support strategic technology planning

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for data-driven insights
- Implementing SAP Fiori for enhanced user experiences
- Leveraging SAP HANA for optimized data processing
- Engaging in strategic technology planning for business transformation
- Excelling in analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
