As an SAP - ABAP - Associate 2, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Business Application Consulting team, specializing within our SAP practice. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can apply a learning mindset, appreciate diverse perspectives, and develop your potential. You will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, committing to understanding how the business works and building commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement SAP software solutions effectively
- Configuring and administering SAP products to optimize operational efficiency
- Developing and supporting SAP technologies to enhance business application integration
- Collaborating with clients and team members to address diverse challenges and scope
- Applying Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process improvement and automation
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori for strategic technology planning
- Engaging in business transformation initiatives to achieve client objectives
- Gathering information from various sources to discern patterns and inform decisions
- Building commercial awareness and understanding of business operations
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Fiori and SAP HANA for business transformation
- Engaging in process improvement and optimization initiatives
- Applying strategic technology planning in client support environments
- Excelling in communication and active listening within team settings
