As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud- Sr. Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, building meaningful relationships and gaining insights into their business operations.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on relationship building and managing others. You will navigate complex situations, anticipate client needs, and deliver quality solutions. Your role will involve mentoring junior team members, guiding them through project tasks, and fostering a collaborative environment. You will also have the opportunity to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, all while contributing to the firm's strategic goals.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of delivering Salesforce consulting services, helping clients optimize their business processes and achieve their objectives. Your contributions will be integral to the success of client engagements and the overall growth of the practice.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex business processes to identify opportunities for Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation
- Collaborating with clients to gather and document requirements for Salesforce solutions
- Designing and configuring Salesforce Revenue Cloud features to meet client needs
- Leading the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems to enhance functionality
- Developing training materials and conducting sessions to empower users with Salesforce capabilities
- Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize Salesforce processes and improve client outcomes
- Managing technical projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
- Providing technical consultation and support for Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Implementing technology innovations to drive business model development and process standardization
- Embracing change and emerging technologies to continuously improve Salesforce solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
- Developing business process models to enhance client solutions
- Implementing technology innovations in enterprise software projects
- Excelling in communication and active listening to build client relationships
