As a Salesforce Adobe Content- AEM Sites, Assets, Workfront, Genstudio- Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills across various Salesforce applications to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, allowing you to make informed insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
- Collaborating with clients to develop and execute business process modeling and system integration strategies
- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud to enhance client service delivery
- Developing training materials to facilitate client understanding and adoption of new technologies
- Managing systems project management tasks to align with client objectives and timelines
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic recommendations
- Engaging in technical consultation to support the implementation of innovative design solutions
- Building meaningful client connections to anticipate needs and deliver quality outcomes
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
- Developing training materials for Salesforce applications
- Implementing technology solutions in a client-focused environment
- Excelling in business process modeling and enterprise integration
