Your role and responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Customer Requirement Analysis and Solution Support. According to customer requirements, project stage and site conditions, be responsible for analyzing the applicability of integrated electrical solutions. Be responsible for customer communication related to eHouse, MPH, modular substations, mine load centers and mobile electrical solutions. Assist the sales team in identifying project application scenarios, customer concerns, technical boundaries and main risks. Participate in customer communication and internal solution discussions, and provide professional input in the direction of integrated solutions.
  • Integrated Solution Preparation. Be responsible for the preparation of preliminary concept solutions and customer communication materials for eHouse, MPH, modular solutions and mine load centers. Be responsible for the preliminary sorting out of system boundaries, equipment scope, functional zoning, interface relationships and site deployment ideas. Coordinate inputs related to medium voltage, low voltage, transformers, MCC, protection, SCADA, auxiliary systems and structures. According to project needs, be responsible for solution preparation in the stages of feasibility study, early-stage design and before bidding.
  • Project Opportunity Support and Internal Collaboration. Cooperate with the sales team to carry out project opportunity evaluation and integrated solution support work. Be responsible for technical clarification, scope definition and solution document preparation in quotation, bidding and commercial activities. Coordinate sales, product, engineering, supply chain and commercial teams to promote solution improvement and issue closure. Maintain technical information, customer requirements, solution boundaries and follow-up actions, and support the smooth promotion of the project.
  • Solution Documents and Knowledge Accumulation. Sort out typical configurations, application scenarios and experience points of eHouse, MPH, modular substations and integrated electrical solutions. Assist in establishing concept solution templates, scope checklists, risk identification checklists and customer communication materials. Continuously improve the accuracy, consistency and response efficiency of integrated solution preparation.


Qualifications for the role
  • Familiar with knowledge related to eHouse, MPH, modular substations, prefabricated cabins, mine load centers or integrated electrical solutions.
  • Understand the interface relationships among medium voltage, low voltage, MCC, transformers, protection, SCADA and auxiliary systems.
  • Possess pre-sales technical support experience in integrated solutions for industrial or mining projects.
  • Able to understand customer requirements, site conditions, project technical documents and solution scope.
  • Possess the ability of concept solution preparation, technical document writing and customer technical communication.
  • Able to effectively collaborate with sales, product, engineering, supply chain, commercial and service teams.
  • Possess English technical document reading, email communication and basic meeting communication ability.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above. Electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics, engineering design, mining engineering, mechanical engineering or related majors are preferred.
  • 3 years or above experience in electrical systems, integrated solutions, engineering design, sales support, technical support, project bidding or project engineering is preferred.
  • Experience in mining, metallurgy, energy, power, automation or process industry is preferred. Experience in integrated projects involving eHouse, modular substations, prefabricated cabins, MCC, medium voltage, low voltage or transformers is preferred. Experience in customer technical communication, concept solution development or pre-bid technical support is preferred.
