About this Sales Support Associate (Entry-level) role at Clarivate
We are looking for a Sales Support Associate to join our Belgrade office. You will support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, assisting sellers and managers, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- English language fluency (C1 level)
It would be great if you also had . . .
- Excel proficiency
- Exposure to CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Customer-related working experience
- Experience maintaining records, processing requests, and handling administrative or operational workflows.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Provide support to sellers and sales opportunities.
- Manage and update customer databases and sales records.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representative.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as detailed data entry and comprehensive report generation.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of complex sales orders and documentation.
- Manage requests from customers or from sellers on behalf of customers.
About the Team
The team is composed of a manager and six associates who provide support across both EMEA and APAC regions. Their primary focus is on A&G sales support, utilizing the iQuest (Salesforce) platform. Task allocation is managed through an automated ticketing system, ensuring equitable workload distribution and streamlined collaboration.

Hours of work
This is a permanent full-time position, EMEA working hours (9am to 5pm CET)
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
