Job Description

Our team in UK1 currently has a vacancy for a Sales Support Agent on a 12 month secondment working rotating shifts 8am-4pm to 10am-6pm.

The successful candidate will respond to customer inquiries, expedite critical orders, research and resolve issues, and research orders.  This is an ideal role for someone with strong administration skills and who enjoys variation and working proactively to resolve issues while managing challenging situations and multiple priorities.

Due to the nature of the role, our successful candidate will be required to lift objects and transport trolleys for stock inventory purposes.

Responsibilities

• May provide quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns, discrepancy resolution, customer credit problems and/or other such support to sales team members and/or external customers (including order expediting, stock queries, reporting and stock rotation).
• May Identify, investigate, and participate in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics. 
• Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with consumer laws.
• Maintains and updates electronic and/or hard copy records as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
