Sales Supervisor, KA

Key Responsibilities

• Offline Sales Strategy Execution: Implement tailored sales strategies for electronic retailers, aligning with business goals and adjusting to market trends to boost sell-in and sell-out.
• Partner Management: Identify potential offline retail partners, support onboarding processes, and maintain regular communication to strengthen relationships, resolve issues, and negotiate terms.
• Sales Planning & Forecasting: Contribute sales forecasts for offline channels using historical data and market trends; collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, marketing) to ensure smooth execution.
• Market & Channel Analysis: Analyze consumer preferences, competitor moves, and offline channel performance; use insights to improve product placement, promotion effectiveness, and resource use.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the business development team, share market insights, and support team efforts to achieve collective sales targets.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business - related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of business development experience, with a focus on offline sales; 3+ years in a role involving partner management or team coordination; proven experience in offline retail (hypermarkets, membership stores preferred).
• Skills: Basic strategic planning, market analysis, and team collaboration abilities; good negotiation and partner relationship management skills.
• High motivation and strong learning agility.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Language: Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
