Position Summary

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our Italian Inside Sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, high-quality customer engagement and operational excellence.

The role combines people leadership with hands-on sales management. You will coach and develop team members, monitor individual and team performance, optimize sales processes and ensure consistent execution across the entire sales funnel.

As the role involves regular communication and collaboration with FlexAuto’s headquarters in Greece, a strong command of English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Italian Sales team, ensuring sales targets, productivity goals and service standards are consistently achieved.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance through KPIs, dashboards, pipeline analysis and conversion metrics, providing regular feedback and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members through regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews and ongoing sales training to maximize individual and team performance.
• Ensure consistent execution of the sales process while maintaining high standards of customer experience, CRM data quality and compliance with company policies.
• Support the team in managing complex customer cases, escalations, negotiations and commercial opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience and other internal stakeholders to ensure an effective and seamless customer journey.
• Maintain regular communication and collaboration with FlexCar's headquarters in Greece, sharing performance updates, business insights and operational requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, reporting and operational efficiency while supporting the implementation of new tools, systems and best practices.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning and performance management activities to build and maintain a high-performing sales team.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, pipeline updates and market insights to the Sales Manager, contributing to strategic and commercial decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Inside Sales, Telesales or a similar sales environment, ideally with previous responsibility for supervising, coaching or coordinating a team.
• Strong people-management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop sales professionals.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven understanding of sales funnels, conversion rates, pipeline management and performance optimization.
• Experience working with sales KPIs, CRM systems, dashboards, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-management skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, solve problems and make effective decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Hands-on, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders across different markets.
• Fluent Italian and strong professional English are essential. English will be used regularly for communication and collaboration with our headquarters in Greece and with international stakeholders.
• Previous experience in the automotive, mobility, leasing or related industries will be considered an advantage.

Salary Range:

From 38k gross annually to 50k gross annually plus bonus
