About this Sales Specialist "Call Center" role at Living Spaces
Position Summary
The Guest Services Product Specialist is responsible for driving sales revenue by engaging with guests through inbound phone interactions, identifying their needs, and providing product recommendations and solutions. This role delivers a high-quality guest experience by leveraging product knowledge, building rapport, and guiding guests through the purchasing process to support sales and service objectives.Position Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Answer inbound guest inquiries in a high-volume call center environment.
- Engage guests and build rapport using the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model.
- Address guest questions and needs using a combination of soft skills, discovery and needs identification, problem-solving, available tools, and knowledge of company products and policies.
Capture accurate notes to summarize interactions on guest accounts.
Ensure timely follow-up on issues requiring additional research, including partnering with other teams or departments and providing updates to guests through outbound calls or email.
Meet or exceed established key performance metrics.
Participate in ongoing training and development activities; limited travel may be required.
Assist with inbound service inquiries during high-call volume periods.

Qualifications
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) equivalent required. 1–3 years of related experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment required, preferably within retail or home furnishings. Experience handling inbound or outbound customer interactions while meeting sales or performance targets required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Intercom, AX, Genesys Cloud, and Pega CRM is a plus.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Position Hiring Range
The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.
Compensation: -Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
