Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to join our Joint Replacement team. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this individual contributor role is responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing territory performance, and executing commercial strategies across an assigned territory.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong consultative selling skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare market, and the ability to build trusted customer relationships. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives, enhance customer experience, and support the adoption of innovative orthopaedic solutions.

What You Will Do

Sales & Strategic Account Management

  • Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with country business objectives to drive sustainable growth.
  • Own the commercial performance of the assigned territory and product portfolio, including sales forecasting, revenue achievement, case support, and customer engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and strategic accounts to support long-term business success.
  • Drive strategic account planning by identifying growth opportunities, customer priorities, competitive threats, and market trends.
  • Provide timely market intelligence, competitor insights, and data-driven recommendations to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Leverage forecasting, customer insights, and analytics to optimize inventory planning, identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve business performance.
  • Ensure customer enquiries, account administration, and payment follow-up are managed promptly and professionally in accordance with company policies and SOPs.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local legal requirements while upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct.

Marketing & Clinical Engagement

  • Partner closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to support product launches, product phase-outs, and field actions, including recalls
  • Support marketing initiatives, customer education programmes, workshops, conferences, and industry events
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify evolving customer needs, competitive gaps, and market opportunities within Singapore
  • Deliver impactful product training and clinical education programmes tailored to customer needs
  • Engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements
  • Ensure training documentation and records are accurately maintained within the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on local surgeon education and training opportunities, particularly for junior surgeons

Compliance

  • Champion and uphold the company's compliance culture by ensuring all business activities adhere to the highest ethical standards, including but not limited to AdvaMed guidelines, company policies, and applicable regulations

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of medical device sales experience, preferably within Orthopaedics, Joint Replacement, Robotics, or a related healthcare specialty
  • Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for Senior Sales Specialist or Associate Key Account Manager opportunities
  • Knowledge of Joint Replacement products and procedural workflows is highly advantageous
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic territory and account plans
  • Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and highly accountable, with a growth mindset and a passion for achieving results
  • Results-oriented team player who can balance operational execution with long-term strategic thinking

Travel Percentage: 10%
