Sales Representative (Construction)

Salary Range:
- $80,000 NZD - $100,000 NZD per year

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate sales, and follow up on enquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
- Prepare sales reports and update customer information when required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction, Commerce, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in sales, building materials, construction materials, interior materials, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must have valid New Zealand work rights.
