You deliver detailed continuous business and customer analysis and insight with a focus on driving best practice through simplification, efficiency, consistency by aligning common outputs across accounts.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Provide support and training to enable effective use of sales systems.
- Maintain and optimize systems for sales (including functionalities for customer management, tour planning, promotion planning, listing maintenance, shelf audit and reporting).
- Provide support to users with specific technical problems in cooperation with IT service providers.
- Drive continuous improvement of existing software and automation of new processes.

More about this role:
- Continuously monitor commercial KPIs for the local business.
- Raise timely alerts (watch outs) on deviations in commercial KPIs.
- Monitor Sell Out / Sell In compliance by client.
- Identify and escalate local issues that impact commercial operations.
- Address local business requirements regarding indicators and reports.
- Train local teams on KPIs, reports, and tracking tools.
- Support deal closings with relevant information and analysis.
- Ensure data quality of local commercial information.
Job Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum of two years of experience in business intelligence or data projects within consumer goods companies.
- Intermediate-advanced proficiency in English and Power BI.
- Intermediate English level.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and results-oriented mindset.
