About this Sales Onboarding Program Manager role at Coram AI
At Coram AI, we’re reimagining video security for the modern world. Our cloud-native platform uses computer vision and AI to help businesses stay safe, make smarter decisions, and move faster; from real-time alerts to seamless clip sharing and multi-site visibility.
You’ll be joining an ambitious, fast-moving team that values clarity, craftsmanship, and impact. Every person here has a voice, ships meaningful work, and helps shape how AI can make the world safer and more connected.
The role:
We’re looking for a Sales Onboarding Program Manager to own and evolve the programs that help our sellers ramp faster and perform at a higher level.
Reporting directly to our Senior Director of Strategy & Operations, you will own the coordination and delivery of Sales onboarding end to end: managing cohorts, facilitators, certifications, communications, readiness tracking, and the overall new-hire experience. As we continue to scale, you’ll build the systems and processes that allow us to onboard sellers frequently while maintaining a consistently high bar for customer readiness.
Beyond onboarding, you will design and execute high-impact sales programs across our outbound-heavy sales motion, helping sellers become stronger at prospecting, pipeline generation, discovery, demos, qualification, and deal progression. You’ll also support enablement across Coram’s growing channel motion, helping ensure sellers understand how to effectively work with and through partners.
You’ll leverage AI, seller performance data, and field insights to identify opportunities, measure program effectiveness, and connect enablement programs to measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional GTM teams to align programs to the highest-priority business needs.
Responsibilities:
Own Sales onboarding from pre-boarding through ramp, including scheduling, facilitation, SME coordination, certifications, communications, and follow-up
Coordinate and deliver frequent onboarding cohorts as the Sales organization continues to grow rapidly
Track seller readiness and ramp progress, giving managers clear visibility into where reps are excelling and where additional coaching or support is needed
Continuously improve onboarding based on seller performance, manager feedback, new-hire feedback, and evolving business priorities
Build programs that strengthen Coram’s outbound sales motion, including prospecting, pipeline generation, cold calling, discovery, demos, qualification, and deal progression
Build and support enablement programs that help sellers effectively navigate Coram’s channel and partner motion
Partner with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, and top-performing sellers to turn what works in the field into scalable, repeatable plays
Define clear success metrics before programs launch and measure impact beyond attendance or completion
Use sales data and AI-powered insights to identify performance gaps, prioritize enablement opportunities, and assess program effectiveness
Build scalable processes, playbooks, certifications, and operating rhythms that allow Coram to maintain a high performance bar as the organization grows
Facilitate live training, workshops, certifications, and field programs for sellers and sales leaders
Travel periodically for onboarding, team events, field enablement, and other company or Sales organization programs
Success metrics:
New hires become customer-ready and productive faster, even as onboarding cohorts increase in frequency and size
Managers have clear visibility into rep readiness, ramp progress, and areas requiring coaching
Sellers consistently execute the behaviors required to generate high-quality outbound pipeline
Sales programs drive measurable improvements in seller behavior, pipeline creation, and revenue performance
Sellers are equipped to effectively leverage Coram’s direct and channel motions
Best practices from top performers become repeatable across the field
Enablement programs are measured by business impact, not activity alone
Coram can continue scaling its Sales organization without sacrificing onboarding quality or seller readiness
Skills and qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Programs, Revenue Enablement, Sales Strategy, or a related GTM role
Experience owning or supporting B2B SaaS sales onboarding in a high-growth environment
Experience supporting an outbound-focused sales organization and a strong understanding of modern prospecting and pipeline-generation motions
Strong program management, facilitation, and cross-functional leadership skills
Ability to use sales data to identify performance gaps and measure program impact
Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, from prospecting through close
Comfortable facilitating live sessions and working directly with sellers and sales leaders
Comfortable building programs and processes while the organization, product, and go-to-market motion are evolving quickly
Willingness to travel periodically based on onboarding, field, and company needs
Experience with channel or partner-led sales motions is a plus
Resilient in challenging and fast-paced environments
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels
Ability to work in an onsite environment
What we offer:
100% Employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and base life insurance
Flexible paid time off and 10 paid holidays
401(k) with both Traditional and Roth options
Early-stage equity in a rapidly growing company
