Job Duty&Responsibility
1.    Responsible for Tissue Mill Improvement Project and Field Services sales.
2.    Product management for responsible products with related. components and services, including audit, technical specification, order booking, as sold GP%, market share, pricing guideline, sales budget and work process, etc.
3.    Product development and localization to seek for market needs and product transfer from Europe. 
4.    Cost optimization of responsible products in continuous improvements.
5.    Promote new technology and technical support in sales actions to drive service with related products and field services business growth.  
6.    Support project execution when needed.
7.    Trouble shooting for delivered products and field services. 
8.    Good cooperation with global product manager in related products and services.
9.    Work closely with region sales and others TU products sales and customer service team. 
10.    Market development of tissue service agreements, to tailor-make package solution with customers’ needs.
11.    Keep good relationship with customers. 
12.    To follow-up and improve after-sales customers’satisfaction.
13.    All other tasks assigned by line manager or company.

Job Requirement & Qualification
1.    3-5 years working experience in tissue industry or related mechanical area.
2.    Major in paper making or related mechanical/automation/paper.
3.    Service and sales minded, strong communication skill.
4.    Good speaking and writing English.
5.    Must be able to use PC with regular office software (MS Word, Excel, CAD, PowerPoint, Project…) and computer aided designing tools.
6.    Capability to handle the responsible business independently.
7.    Self-motivation, willing to expand the responsible area within a developing organization.
8.    Capability to work in matrix organization and under pressure in daily works.
