The job, unfiltered:

• Have real conversations, not scripted ones: read the room and sell in the way that gets results, not the way that ticks a box.

• Close deals that mean something, helping a tradesperson grow their business or a homeowner find someone they can trust.

• Own a pipeline from first outreach to long-term account growth, and see the impact of your work end to end.

• Chase targets that matter, and keep going when a deal falls through, learning from it as you do.

• Back your team and be backed in return, with no faff and people who want to see everyone succeed.

The fit:

Wherever you are in your sales career, from SDR through to sales leadership, we want to hear from you if you bring:

• A track record of hitting (or exceeding) targets, whatever stage of your career that's been at.

• The knack for building relationships that last, from a cold first call to a long-term account.

• A consultative streak: you listen first, then sell the solution that actually fits.

• Steadiness and follow-through when a deal falls through.

Nice to have: experience selling SaaS, marketplace or subscription products. It's not a dealbreaker.
