A day in the life:

  • Develop, manage, and own relationships with general contractors
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and our internal team
  • Ensure our company is invited to bid on applicable projects
  • Actively follow up on proposals after submission and drive them to award
  • Maintain strong organization and communication throughout the sales cycle
  • Coordinate internally to support estimating and proposal efforts

You should have:

  • Experience with estimating or strong familiarity with the estimating process in industrial refrigeration (preferred not required)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial refrigeration, with a focus on ammonia and/or CO₂ systems
  • A minimum technical background and working knowledge of the equipment and systems we sell
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized and proactive in managing multiple opportunities
  • Comfortable taking full ownership of customer relationships and outcomes
  • Professional, confident presence with general contractors and customers
