- Own and maintain sales reporting and dashboards for Small Business Banking and Premier Banking, including pipeline activity, account openings, conversion rates, product penetration, sales goals, and other key business unit KPIs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and service activity summaries and provide leadership with visibility into trends, opportunities, and areas requiring additional reinforcement.
- Support onboarding and ongoing sales training and development for Small Business Banking and Premier Banking teams, with the ability to support broader business training needs as priorities evolve.
- Develop and maintain a structured sales training curriculum covering sales processes, product knowledge, lead and pipeline management, customer engagement, needs-based selling, referrals, relationship management, and sales best practices.
- Coordinate and facilitate new-hire sales training, ongoing skill development, refresher training, and coaching reinforcement to drive consistency and sales effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, talking points, job aids, process guides, and other resources that support effective customer conversations and consistent execution.
- Partner with Sales Management and Business Unit Leaders to identify performance and knowledge gaps and develop targeted training based on sales results, pipeline activity, conversion trends, and other available data.
- Support training and adoption of Salesforce, Prelim, and other sales-enablement tools, including training related to new products, initiatives, campaigns, process changes, and technology implementations.
- Maintain training schedules, materials, and completion records and provide leadership with visibility into participation, adoption, and areas requiring additional reinforcement.
- Partner with Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and other subject matter experts to coordinate product, operational, servicing, systems, and other business training as needed.
