Job Description:

Your key responsibilities :

Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, your main mission will be to provide comprehensive administrative and commercial support by independently managing and supporting sales & administration operational processes.

Sales Administration

• Manage public procurement procedures, compliant with Italian laws (e-commerce).
• Process letter of credit to assure MTS of receiving funds upon fulfillment of terms of the trade agreement.
• Manage and maintain customer portals with legal documents (Kpi, Insurance, Quality Certificates, financial data, IT…).
• Manage Bank Warranties with the Italian Bank and follow it.
• Support Sales/Service dept. with Customer T&C analysis (approvals, clauses, risks...).
• Support electronic invoices management.

Local Administration

• Manage local company car fleet.
• Administrative support for Managing phones and PCs.
• Assist the Local Administration Manager with any operational, administrative and reporting tasks, contributing to process efficiency, team objectives and continuous improvement initiative.

Compensation Information:

• Annual gross salary between €18,000 and €23,000, depending on experience and overall fit.
