  • Prepare weekly safety activity reports and communicate findings to the National Safety Manager and operational leadership.
  • Collaborate with construction managers, supervisors, and field employees to reinforce safe work practices.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture through coaching, education, and positive employee engagement.
  • Travel throughout assigned Maine and Vermont markets as operational needs require.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage multiple field locations.
  • Comfortable conducting safety discussions, field coaching, and employee training.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout Maine and Vermont. Time spent  85% Maine/15% Vermont

Preferred:

  • Experience conducting incident investigations and field safety audits.
  • Experience delivering safety training or facilitating safety meetings.
  • First Aid/CPR/AED instructor certification or willingness to obtain certification.

What We're Looking For

This position requires an individual who is proactive, dependable, and comfortable making decisions independently. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization are essential.
