We are looking for RTR Team Lead to join RTR team of our maturing Shared Service Centre in Warsaw and to help us transit & establish best in class service.

Your main tasks

·         Leading, supervising, and coordinating RTR processes and ensuring effective cooperation with other departments

·         Managing day-to-day activities, workload distribution, and priorities within the team

·         Providing hands-on operational support to the team, including resolving complex accounting issues and ensuring continuity during peak periods 

·         Reporting KPIs, process performance, and improvements to the Senior Finance Manager

·         Monitoring process quality and implementing effective solutions to issues

·         Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and external regulations

·        Supporting migration of financial processes to SSC when required.

·         Planning and coordinating team activities, including goal setting and performance monitoring

·         Conducting regular team and individual meetings, providing feedback, and supporting employee development

·         Recruiting, onboarding, and developing team members

·         Ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing activities and reporting processes

·         Overseeing reconciliations, accruals, reserves, and financial reporting

·         Coordinating preparation of reports and consolidation packages according to Group requirements

·         Managing risks, resolving issues, and escalating potential delays when required

·         Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation updates

·         Acting as a key contact point and representing the team within the organization

Requirements

·         At least 3 years of relevant experience in leading teams or coordinating RTR processes

·         Strong knowledge of the end-to-end Record to Report process

·         Good knowledge of SAP FI module or JDE will be an asset

·         Strong leadership and people management skills

·         Good analytical skills and attention to detail

·         Proactive approach and focus on continuous improvement

·         Experience in transitions and process migrations will be an advantage

·         Very good command of Polish and English and strong communication skills
