Daniels Property Group (DPG) is the real estate partner of Daniels Health, supporting the acquisition, development, construction, and management of healthcare and industrial facilities across North America. As Daniels continues to expand, DPG is building an internal construction team responsible for maintaining, improving, and protecting our facilities.
We're looking for an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead roof repair and replacement projects across our national portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing internal construction team where you'll help establish best practices, mentor crews, and directly impact facilities that support an essential healthcare service.
Unlike traditional roofing contractors, our work is focused on improving and maintaining our own properties—allowing for consistent, high-quality workmanship without chasing the next bid.
What you will do
Lead and supervise roof repair and replacement projects across Daniels facilities.
Direct and mentor internal roofing crews.
Oversee estimating, material procurement, scheduling, and project documentation.
Plan daily work activities, manpower, materials, and equipment needs.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors when project requirements dictate.
Perform roof inspections and identify repair recommendations.
Support additional facility improvement and construction projects as needed.
Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and all applicable safety requirements.
Work closely with Property Management, Facilities, and Construction teams to prioritize roofing projects.
Travel throughout the United States to support Daniels facilities.
What we are looking for
5+ years of commercial roofing experience.
Previous experience leading roofing crews as a Foreman or Superintendent.
Experience with commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing, and roof repairs.
Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and roofing best practices.
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.
