Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Deliver shingles, underlayment, lumber, tools, and other roofing materials to job sites.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely.
- Carry or stage materials at designated job-site locations.
- Assist with rooftop delivery equipment or conveyors when trained and authorized.
- Verify delivery tickets and confirm that materials and quantities are correct.
- Inspect vehicles and equipment before and after each shift.
- Report vehicle damage, mechanical concerns, delivery issues, and job-site hazards promptly.
- Follow company safety procedures, traffic laws, DOT requirements, and job-site rules.
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and work area.
- Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, supervisors, and roofing crews.
- Assist with warehouse, yard, or general labor duties when deliveries are complete.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- CDL and current DOT medical card preferred or required, depending on the vehicle operated.
- Previous delivery, construction, roofing, warehouse, or material-handling experience is preferred.
- Ability to safely lift and carry roofing materials and other heavy items, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to bend, climb, reach, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, wind, and other changing weather conditions.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and attention to safety.
- Must be able to pass any job-related driving, background, drug, or physical-capability requirements permitted by applicable law.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly: 25-27/hr. (with potential overtime)

Location
- Report to the Winter Park office as needed and work primarily in the Greater Central Florida area.
