About this ROI Project Manager (Professional Services) role at Roico
As a Project Manager at ROI, you are a key member of the account team(s), dedicated to supporting client success through effective project planning, coordination and execution. In this role, you are responsible for managing client engagements from start to finish, including timelines, resources, deliverables and stakeholder communication. You may also provide project management support for internal initiatives that advance ROI’s business priorities and operations.
Our ideal candidate is experienced in driving multiple projects, across multiple accounts, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and working in fast-paced, high-energy environments. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must. This role is ideal for people who enjoy creating structure, bringing teams together, and proactively driving work forward to achieve successful outcomes.

Education |
Bachelor's degree (four-year college or technical school) required Project management certification, such as PMP, CAPM or equivalent preferred

Experience
|
4+ years managing complex projects from initiation through completion Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at multiple levels Experience in event project management and/or design/creative project management and deliverables a plus Experience in the communications and marketing industries a plus.

Technical Skills |
Proficient in project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Asana, Wrike, Monday.com, or equivalent; collaboration and productivity suites including Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneNote) and/or Google Workspace; and business communication tools such as Zoom. Ability to learn new technology applications quickly. Demonstrated experience using AI tools and assistants (such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or ChatGPT) to enhance project management workflows — including drafting and refining communications and deliverables, generating meeting summaries and action items, synthesizing information, and automating routine tasks. Comfortable using AI-native features within project management platforms (e.g., AI-generated timelines, status reports, or risk flags). Able to evaluate AI output critically, apply sound judgment, and adapt prompts to get accurate, useful results.
