Job Description

HireArt is helping our client, a fast-growing AI robotics company, find Robot Operators to join its deployed team at a customer production facility in the Taylor, TX area.

You will work with a focused set of customer tasks, operating robots consistently and to a high standard while demonstrating tasks, evaluating autonomous behavior, and documenting outcomes. Because engineering and development teams support the deployment remotely, you will also play an important role in clearly communicating technical observations and issues that help drive product improvements.

  • Provide structured, actionable written feedback to remote engineering and development teams to support product improvements and issue resolution.
  • Represent the company and its technology professionally while working as a guest at the customer facility.
  • Follow all customer-site requirements, including safety protocols, protective equipment, cleanliness standards, and controlled-access procedures.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting on robotic systems.
  • Set up, tear down, and maintain robotic equipment and work areas.
  • Participate in projects designed to improve tools, workflows, and operational processes.
